Description:   Creating cozy, cherished heirlooms is easier than you think. In this class, we’ll cover quilt block construction techniques, using patterns vs. “improv” quilting, and hot to plan a quilt from first stitches to binding. Bring fabrics you’d like to play with or use our provided samples. Students must already know how to use a domestic sewing machine and/or have taken our “Intro to Sewing” class.

Fee: $75

Ages: 16 and up.

Materials Included: Cutting tables, sewing machines, and all necessary tools and materials for machine sewing.

Instructor Information: Taught by Lauren Fonville, an experienced seamstress with over 15 years in the industry.
